“ The food is absolutely amazing. The owner and chef is lovely and puts her heart and soul into the recipes she serves. There is no parking lot and street parking is hit or miss because there's always a line for order pickup. Order ahead, be patient, be amazed at the flavors. ”

“ I decided to try this place 40 minutes before closing they did not answer their phone and upon arriving they had a very long line the line did not take that long and I ordered mostly sides, macaroni and cheese, yams, cabbage, and a beef patty. Everything was very delicious, but my cabbage was hard and crunchy but I believed it was supposed to be served that way, it was more like cabbage flavored coleslaw. The taste was great but I would like it more softer, but other than that I love the place. ”

“ This is my first time eating oxtails and oh my this place has me craving more. The oxtails were tender and flavorful. The rice and cabbage were cooked perfectly and also seasoned well. I even liked the plantains which I was not expecting at all. When I want oxtails again, this will be the first place I go. I will definitely return soon. ”
